Black Veil Brides are currently a part of two polls on Loudwire: this Most Devoted Fans of 2013 poll and this Cage Match against Asking Alexandria. BVB are currently ahead in both, but Avenged Sevenfold is very close behind in the Most Devoted Fans poll and the Cage Match is nearly split 50/50 so make sure you vote!
As the results of the AP Readers Poll came in, it was clear which band's fans had showed up to vote. Black Veil Brides ended up with 14 first place wins; that's 43% of the categories. If you consider that they were eligible for only 23 of the categories (things like Best Photographer, Keyboardist of the Year being taken out) then they won about 60% of the categories that they were eligible for. This came as no surprise to Black Veil Brides fans, but some people had a few not-so-nice things to say. Alternative Press posted an article about the results and the reactions: It’s no secret that Black Veil Brides absolutely annihilated the competition in our 2013 Readers Poll. The results were not even close—the Brides pretty much cleaned house. The skewed results don’t exactly come as a surprise if you take into account the known devotion of the “BVB Army”—an overzealous devotion to say the least. You can read the full article HERE. And good job voting, BVB Army!
