“Hi, Nataly. I thought you might like an update on Andy. As you may know, despite breaking his nose only 3 nights before, Andy and BVB played the show in London last night. He called us afterwards and said it was one of the most painful things he’s ever done. Could barely breathe and any movement caused the nose to throb w/ pain. I’m told the show was great, but, a medic was on hand to examine him afterwards and the medic told him no more shows until he gives it the proper time to rest and heal. Last night Andy was risking permanent damage to his nose/sinus cavities and he was very close to hemorrhaging. In other words, a huge gush of blood could have come running out of his nose on stage during BVB’s set. As a result, the band have postponed their remaining UK shows (tonight and Tuesday). Andy is flying back to L.A., by himself, while the rest of the band will remain in the UK to fulfill their non performance related commitments.
Hope you are doing well. Thanks for your concern for Andy and, as always, for your incredible support for BVB.”
